Travel
Travel is included for most visits.
Our base is in Walsall (WS2). Anywhere within 10 miles is included in the session price, which covers Lichfield, Sutton Coldfield, most of Wolverhampton and much of north Birmingham.
How travel is calculated
- Within 10 miles of WS2: no travel fee.
- Beyond 10 miles: 50p per additional mile (one-way distance), added once to the session price.
- Quoted in writing when you book, so there are no surprises on the day.
Worked examples
- Lichfield (≈ 8 mi) → no travel fee.
- Sutton Coldfield (≈ 7 mi) → no travel fee.
- Birmingham city centre (≈ 13 mi) → £1.50 travel.
- Tamworth (≈ 14 mi) → £2 travel.

- What's in the session price
- Full assessment, hands-on treatment, a written exercise plan, and concise follow-up notes you can share with your GP or consultant on request.
- Payment
- Bank transfer or cash, arranged directly with us at the time of booking. Receipts available on request for private health insurance reimbursement. Confirm cover with your provider first.
- Cancellation
- Free to reschedule with 24 hours' notice. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged at 50% of the session price to cover travel and held time.
- Block bookings
- Booking 4 or more sessions upfront? Message us on WhatsApp and we can usually agree a small package discount.
