A full assessment at home
Your physiotherapist arrives at your door on time. The first appointment is an unhurried, one-to-one assessment: your history, your goals, and a proper hands-on examination in the space where you actually live and move.

Treatment starts the same day
Where it's clinically appropriate, we start treatment on that first visit — manual therapy, soft-tissue work, and the first exercises you'll do between sessions. You don't have to wait weeks to get going.

Your recovery plan, in writing
You leave the visit with a clear, personalised plan: what to do this week, what we're aiming for, and when to book the next visit. The same physiotherapist follows you all the way through.

Before your first visit, answered.
- Do I need a referral from my GP?
- No. You can book directly with us as a self-referring patient. If you'd prefer to talk to your GP first, that's fine too.
- How long is the first appointment?
- Usually around 60 minutes. That gives us time for a proper history, hands-on assessment and, where appropriate, starting treatment on the same visit.
- What do I need to prepare at home?
- Just a bit of floor space and somewhere comfortable to sit. We bring everything we need. Wear loose clothing you can move in.
- Will the same physiotherapist come back for follow-up visits?
- Yes. Continuity of care is one of the reasons people choose home visits. The same clinician follows your progress from start to finish.
