Who it's for

Back and neck pain deserves a proper answer.

Most back and neck pain gets better faster with the right assessment, hands-on treatment and a plan built around your job and your life, not generic exercise sheets.

  • Lower back pain (acute or long-standing)
  • Neck pain, stiffness and tension headaches
  • Sciatica and referred leg pain
  • Disc-related pain and nerve irritation
  • Postural pain from desk work or driving
  • Recurring pain that hasn't responded to rest or painkillers
What a visit looks like

Careful assessment, then real treatment.

Full assessment

We take a careful history, screen for anything serious, and assess your movement, strength and posture, at home, unhurried.

Hands-on treatment

Manual therapy, soft tissue work and guided movement to settle pain and restore range, matched to what your assessment shows.

A clear plan

Simple exercises you'll actually do, plus practical advice on posture, sleep and work, with milestones so you know it's working.

Why home-visit

Treatment that fits the space that hurts you.

Most back and neck problems are driven by the way you sit, sleep and move at home. Fixing them properly means seeing all of that.

No painful commute

Sitting in a car with acute back pain can flare things up before you even reach the clinic. We come to you.

Real-world advice

We see your actual desk, chair, mattress and daily routine, so the advice fits your life, not a textbook.

Continuity of care

The same physiotherapist every visit, tracking progress and adapting the plan as you improve.

Common questions

Back & neck pain, answered.

Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can book directly. If we spot something that needs a GP or scan, we'll tell you clearly.
How many sessions will I need?
Most people notice a change within 2–4 sessions. Long-standing pain can take longer. We'll give you an honest estimate after the first assessment.
Will you send me exercises to do between visits?
Yes. A short, focused set you'll actually stick to, tailored to your assessment.
Do you cover my area?
We cover much of Derbyshire, Leicestershire and the West Midlands. Call 07783 592923 to check your postcode.
